Cancellation Policy
Retreat/festival/market bookings are non-refundable. For the Water Ceremony, if you are unable to make it your ticket can be transferred to another individual. For other festival offerings, sessions can be moved to an online booking after the festival or transferred to another individual. For all changes, please reach out to carlafayjans@gmail.com for further information and to discuss options. To transfer your session to another individual, please email Carla with the new name and email of new individual.
